How to increase settlement ''size'' [Build Limit] [No Mods]

Build limits were put into place to prevent players from overbuilding and decreasing performance, but lets be real, they are way too low, this will fix that problem.

Doing the thing
For those of you playing in Survival mode, you will need to mod. I know, no mods but this is mandatory for survival mode users.

To increase the Build limit, press the ~ key to open console, click on the workbench of the settlement you want to increase, then use these commands.

getav 348 - Gets the current number of triangles used by player.
getav 34A - Gets the current number of draw calls used by player.

setav 349 <value> - Set the maximum triangle budget for the settlement.
setav 34B <value> - Set the maximum draw budget for the settlement.

increase the number by the amount you desire, exit build mode and reenter. you now have as much limit as you want.

it's quite an old guide so maybe they changed the way this works? i haven't played fo4 in a while so i wouldn't know anymore

It works pretty well for me, and this, since I first heard of it.
I always use the same code so, I'm never bother by the limits

setav 349 1000000000
setav 34B 1000000000

( oh yes, I never use the two first lines, proceeding directly to the seconds ones )
