great idea but who fires the cannons??

I dont know if you have tryed this idea yet but here you go anyways.Put cannons on quetz aiming towards the rear. Fly in front and fire the cannons. As it agros it will obviously try to chase you. Just keep flying forward while firing the cannons until you nock it out.
