Introduction.
Hey guys, this is Tony, he likes two things, punching people and punching more people. He might not look that useful, but a leader comes with his perks, on that note, say hello to the maniacal tiger.
...or he will do his favourite thing... and by now, you know what that is.
The Build.

Mastermind : Well, "a leader has his perks", this one in particular makes sure his team stays alive, I originally thought of using medkits for what follows, but I didn't use a single one of them... if you feel the need of them, feel free to grab them.

Enforcer : We need armor skills, mostly those that would benefit a ballistic vest. From shotgunner we are gonna need underdog for CQC mastery and quote me on that : CQC is your mastery.

Technician : ... WOW, its nothing!

Ghost : First off : in a melee build, speed is key. Okay, now let's get on this, you can run fast to any location and direction, you have increased concealment and some dodge ( 5 when still, 15 when running ), it might not seem much, but when it happens, you will be happy, we needed criticals, because easier melee kills that way and second wind aced for more support and speed.

Fugitive ... or should I say Brawler : Anyway, you punch harder, you punch deadlier, you punch even better when you are angry, you punch even better than that when you are having fun and you can punch back those sneaky ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with night vision ( a.k.a. Cloakers ), if you charge your melee while they are charging at you. ( it should be called counter charge at this point )

Now that we are done with that, let's move on.
PERK DECK :
!!! : It's the Sociopath, why? Well, let me tell you, when we are talking about a perk deck that benefits on both armor and hp by CQC, as well as spreading panic among your enemies like a true king of animals... do you have anything else? ( Don't say Muscle )
BUT, if you don't have the Hotline Miami 2 deluxe edition... which makes me surprised on the fact that you are still reading this, you can use infiltrator, it won't be as effective, but hey, you did your best.

Deployable : Medbags, remember what we said about team staying alive?
Armor : Lightweight Ballistic Vest, I am sure you are familiar with it, well, trust me, if you play clever you will feel like a powerspeed meat tenderiser, with almost infinite armor.
Weaponry
Well, this is the simple part.

Primary : Any weapon with decent concealment ( can reach at least 28 ), will do.

Secondary : Okay, this is your backup plan. There are some guns in this section, that you will find particularly useful for your two main weaknesses ( snipers and dozers ).
Those are :
White Streak/Baby Deagle : low detection risk, high damage.
Bronco : Same as the above, only a litle bit of an overkill at this point ( mostly suggested for DW ).
Judge Shotgun : With HE rounds, the explosives take out the dozer's armor and then you either let your team finish the job, or put an end with your primary.

Melee : Your main weapon, so there seem to be 5 weapons we could use on this build, but after testing, I found one was not good.
Fist : Basic, good for punching.
350K Brass Knuckles : Low level, community accessible and almighty, its just a cooler and better fist.
OVERKILL Boxing Gloves : In case you want to earn that golden and black zone on the Cloakermania 2016, it's not too late.
Empty Kata Palm : It might look weird in the animations, but it will get the job done as fine as any of the above.

The one punch we wont be using : Electric Brass, knuckles : They don't do critical or heavy damage, they are not as lethal and they are meant to be non-violent... WHO USES NON VIOLENT PUNCHES? NOT TONY THAT IS WHO!
Conclusion
Okay, after a long day, you now can play as Tony and remember kids : Melee everyone, but be mindful, even with sociopath and your skills backing you up, it will still take around 6 punches for DW Taser... oh and know when to back off, you are a tiger, not a lion.

Thanks for looking at my build, I am awaiting feedback, yada yada, have a nice day/evening/noon.

...and punch people, punch them a lot, preferably virtual mob kind of people.

Oh and feel free to check my Richard the Rooster build, if you haven't already.

As viable as it ever was kiddo (for advanced players tho) . Just remember to read carefully what type of build it is.

I personally used an assault rifle, as long as your concealment is at 4 or below, it will do the job.

For me, with some amounts of effort at each
works on everything.
