Step 1: If it didnt install, go get the GFWL installer from Here[community.pcgamingwiki.com]

Step 2: Launch RE:ORC and bring up the GFWL menu.

Step 3: If you are logged in(Somehow), Log out. Otherwise, move to step 4

Step 4: you will see this image:









Click ‘Create New Profile’

Step 5: DO NOT HIT CONTINUE!









Instead, scroll down and click on 'Create Local Profile'

Step 6: Enter a name, any name...Then submit.

Step 7: Click 'Done'

Step 8: ???????

Step 9: Profit. Or play the game in offline mode with the ability to save, I dont care which.

In the event this does not work right away, you may have to delete your settings.dll file in Documents/CAPCOM/RERC as was suggested in other posts.

This worked for me and I was able to play the game and save without any issues. Since I do not really care for the whole online part, this fix works.
