Seems like Xunlei just simply copied and pasted Valve's TF2, but why didn't they even try to hide the fact?

Aren't they afraid of being sued?

note: some one posted a thread on their official forum saying the game bootlegged TF2, soon the thread was deleted and the user was banned by their forum admins.

論壇管理員對那些質疑抄襲的玩家表示, 在還沒玩過遊戲前就不要做出任何評論

The admin of the forum commented to the users who doubted the game wasn't originally made by XunLei, saying "The game hasn't been released yet and you didn't play it, how can you say it's bootleg? It's much different from other FPS games. Do not make comment before playing the game."
