ADVENT AI Suppression Fix

Description
Insert the possibility of Suppression in the ADVENT AI code for Troopers, Captains and Shieldbearers.

This mod has no effect if you did not provide said units with the ability to suppress via another mod.

Do not use with mods that overhauls the enemy AI.

Probably, but they also probably have their own Suppression Fire code. I need testers, but I'm going to avoid using this and putting my faith in Pavonis.

It's probably not, and it's also probably already implemented. This is only meant as a vanilla XCOM companion, not as an addon-on over an existing mod that overhauls units and AIs.

Would this be compatible with ABA, or would they have to add the code themselves?
