Okay! So the VXSHU on the side of the wall means SUPER! (YES! IT IS THE MAGIC WORD)

Wait! What!? How!?

The rotating arrows on number 3 means that you need to slide back three letters of the alphabet from VXSHU. So V = S , X = U , S = P , H = E , U = R .

Somewhere near the mine shaft area, where you get the double jump, is an area which you can only enter when you have all of the power-ups, in this area is a skeleton and besides the skeleton is written VXSHU , which is the magic word. Don't make it too complicated.
