I've placed it in 3 different cities with the same result everytime.

This building never sends out ambulances for me or receives patients. I have subscribed and unsubscribed. I love how it looks, but there is no function to it as a medical building :/

It's really excellent for an area where a clinic isn't good enough but a hospital is overkill. :)
