Guide
If you are Lawful (did not do the crime), the only perk you will get regardless of which allegation you choose will be Innocent: Your innocence is a source of strength. You receive a bonus to your maximum hit points.

You will get the same perk if you are Neutral (did the crime and admitted/lied to the court and did not do the crime) or Chaotic (lied to the court and did the crime).

Murder, Assault, Rioting - Violent: Sometimes it just gets to be too much and you need to punch something. You deal extra damage with physical attacks.

Thievery, Extortion, Banditry, Racketeering, Profiteering - Frugal: You know how to stuff your purse, legitimately or otherwise. You gain a small amount of money when attacking enemies.

Heresy, Apostasy, Blasphemy, Desecration - Godless: You have no respect for any so-called 'God' and you defy the supernatural. You take less damage from magical attacks.

Miscegenation, Indecency, Buggery - Impassioned: Your instincts sometimes get the better of you, but they fuel you endlessly. You regenerate a small amount of hit points each turn.

Conspiracy, Treason, Desertion, Vandalism - Detached: Your loyalties lie with you alone. You take less damage from physical attacks.

Fraud, Blackmail, Forgery, Quackery - Opportunist: You know how to work almost any situation to your advantage. You score critical hits more often.

Rap e, Abduction, Slavery - Heartless: You have no respect for anything weaker than you. Your critical hits are more deadly.

Arson, Malediction, Necromancy, Cannibalism - Touched: Your mind is far more vast than any of the simpletons who call you insane could realize. You deal extra damage with magical attacks.
Other things of note
If you are innocent, only one companion will rescue you.

If you are guilty of murder, rap e, abduction, or cannibalism, neutral or chaotic, only one companion will rescue you.

You will receive a unique companion if you are guilty of Malediction or Necromancy, however this locks out a character from joining you for good.

Being guilty of Miscegenation affects which companion rescues you at the start and is dependent on which race you chose.

Nothing happens when you choose Random, besides the game choosing an allegation for you.

I chose necromancy, admitted to it, and said it was true. A guard died and I immediately raised him as a zombie for my companion lol. Then I died because the guard was the only one who could fight and I don't know how to cast fireballs right at the start.
