It is up to personal preference. Just download the ENB wrapper or injector kit and start tinkering with the ini files until you get something you like. I also recommend to allocate more memory to your videocard when you start using 2K+ textures + ENB otherwise your Skyrim will turn purple after a short time a very short time.

Once you've done that it is time to add textures and there are tons out there. Handpicking textures can be a bit tedious, but it is well worth the result.

You should give ENB a try. It makes the game gorgeous :)
