1. There's trouble outside Tiger Club
Level: 5. Enter Miami

Before you enter the Club you will see the portal
2. Between life and death, one takes a seat
Level: 20. Limbo

After the level starts immediately slow down to fall down the hole and land on the rails. There's your Portal
3. A spider? Kill it with fire!
Level: 15. Insect Invasion

Shoot the barrel to get access to the room with the portal
4. Feeling disorientated? A back swing can reveal all
Level: 9. Ancient Riddles

After you drive intro the water the Portal is behind the Ramp

5. Just hanging out with the family
Level: 24. Clubbed to Death

After the part with the blades, you should see the portal on the left
