Your satire is too strong

A few. Some players have made their own 'game inside a game' things, which are pretty popular in the fanbase (seriously, sometimes I think people care more about those minigames than the actual Real Life server.)
I've also heard there's some kind of minigame called 'a sex life', although I must say I haven't seen many of the other players who could tell me that much about it.

Are there any mini games in it?

Combat is pretty hard, since you can't take that much damage. I guess whoever made the server modded the weapons to be super powerful. I was able to kill a whole bunch of enemy NPCs just with the knife I found in the house I spawned in.
Random events are fairly common, since at any time your character can come down with some illness that debuffs your stats. Also, I was duelling with this other character in a town, and just out of nowhere a car spawned and smashed into him (I claimed his badass longsword from his corpse.)

Wow, I hope the developers fix that issue. What about combat and random events? How do those work?

Yeah, there must be some glitch in the server because whenever I play as characters of certain races the city guards just start attacking me for no reason.

What if I want my character to come from "the hood" region? I heard its like dark souls and is automatically set at the highest difficulty

Kinda. You can either work hard and grind for a long time, or you can put down some money early and get everything handed to you. That's why it helps to have the 'white' and 'born rich' perks, since you get a lot of early XP and gold advantages.
