Report a translation problem
Here's a guide which should show you how you can do that. It's not hard.
You cannot. The user's ID is embedded in the file in a couple ways, with one of those ways probably being something like a hash, which is difficult to forge.
I made a tool [nathanjrollins.github.io] which will convert saves for you, though. You can run anyone else's save file through that and it should modify it to appear as though you created it yourself legitimately (:
