Mutiplayer Fix for Windows 7/8/10
By Jase
For anyone that has been trying to play multiplayer has probably realized it does not work by default. This is because the way Treasure Planet: Battle at Procyon attempts to connect multiplayer games is no longer supported and in fact does not function properly due to recent additions to Windows. Don't fret! There is a workaround that will resolve this.

Overview
Treasure Planet uses a feature called DirectPlay to connect games, this feature is not compatible with IPv6 in any way and unfortunately LAN games default to this type of connection. So this guide will teach you how to disable IPv6 and Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface in order to play.
Disable IPv6(Windows 8/10)
First we must disable IPv6 on EVERY network adapter!
  1. If you are on Windows 8/10, right click the start menu in the lower left corner(or use the shortcut Windows Key + X). Then click Network Connections. There you will notice each network adapter you have installed.
  2. Right click the network adapter and click Properties.(You may see an Administrator promt, if you please click yes.)
  3. Look for Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) and uncheck the box, then click ok.
  4. Repeat above steps for any additional network adapters listed.
Disable Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface!
Second we must disable Teredo Tunneling Pseudo-Interface!
  1. If you are on Windows 8/10, right click the start menu in the lower left corner(or use the shortcut Windows Key + X). Then click Command Prompt (Admin). Otherwise on Windows 7, go-to Start>Run and type in cmd.exe and hit Enter.
  2. Type or copy/paste the following(no quotes), "netsh interface teredo set state disabled". Then hit Enter.
  3. Then type or copy/paste the following, "netsh interface ipv6 6to4 set state disabled". Hit Enter and done!

So, all this we need to do for hosting LAN matches (using RadminVPN and etc)? Is WAN not possible even with static IP? Just curious.
