Less Annoying Naval Alarm

I've been going nuts in my UK campaign because of the constant "naval alarm" sound every time my fleet engages in a battle, or there's any sort of air raid on my naval forces. In my campaign, this is nonstop, so the sound very quickly becomes incredibly irritating.

If you're not sure which alert I mean, just click the video I posted above.

Then imagine that sound endlessly looping for an hour...2 hours....3 hours. If you've ever played a naval-heavy nation such as the UK or USA, then you know exactly what I'm talking about. I don't know what Paradox was thinking, or how this ever got past their internal playtesting (unless all they played were countries without any ships).

Since it is important to know when your ships are being attacked, I didn't want to get rid of the alert altogether, so I simply replaced it with something much more subtle that won't drive you insane.
