This should be in quick fixes. In first things to try because its so EASY, fast and it takes 1second to do it. Also its games fault. :)
In the 'Framerate/Stuttering issues' under the part mentioning cpu affinities, the guide says have cores 'If you have 4 cores set cores 1 - 4 are on.', so does this mean all cores should be on or just 1 and 4?
(As an extra if it is just 1 and 4, my cpu's are labeled 0,1,2 and 3. So does this mean I should have cores 0 and 3 active? Ignore this part if it is intended for all the cores to be set to on)
Getting out of sync can be caused by a few things. My first thought - each of you try hosting and see if there is a difference. Can also see if your nic has up to date drivers. Are you both on a router or a hub?
