Opis
Features
Adds Hacking and Psionic PCS
Adds the Neurowhip and AmpBooster items from my Cut Content Mod
Skullmining awards PCS's instead of intel and facility leads
PCS's can have up to 2 upgrade slots. (can be increased to 3 via INI edit)

Currently, upgrades provide bonus damage to certain enemy types.
I will probably add more in the future, but this is just a quick release.

Balance Tweaks
All Balance tweaks can, of course, be edited or removed in the INI
PCS's are no longer dropped as loot
Perception PCS bonuses roughly halved
Perception PCS no longer rarer than other PCS

Requirements
Requires Grimy's Loot Mod

Compatibility
No mod class overrides
Edits PCS loot drop tables

Before you ask
No, this mod doesn't make skulljacking chances 100%.

Derp. If I would have read LW Perk Pack's notes, they add their own couple PCS items. Not compatible, I think I broke a playthrough for Testing.

Unofficial Mod Launcher coming up with Grimy's PCS Expansion and LW Perk Pack conflict: UIInventory_Implants. Gonna run it and see if it's false negative...

Don't think so. Perk Pack adds a bunch of new PCSs (but not sure why it'd be changing the UI to select and add them), this mod allows for multiple PCSs (a while since I've used it though).

My game crashes every time I try to enter the PCS menu to equip them to soldiers and this is the only PCS mod I have installed....
