Mansion Painting Corridor
Solve three painting puzzles to open the middle room
Mansion workshop
Top right of the map.
Mansion Painting Corridor
You need to use the switch in the Mansion workshop to open this room.
Mansion Attic
Bottom of the map.
Mansion Basement
Use a prison key (you get one after leaving the basement) to free Bird mask, then go to Arcane 1st Floor and, close to the 1st Wing door, you should be able to see your new friend. Talk to him to receive the memory.

Rametek

Atrium
Use the switch to spawn the platforms and jump to the small balcony.
Central Chamber
Use the sequence painted in the wall in the small area with Eliennai to activate the platforms, double jump forward from the last platform to get it.
Inner Chamber
Hard to miss, on the corridor.
Garden
Just follow the platforms. Easier said than done.
Outer Wall
In the area with the moving rock (you need to move it all the way to the left), hit the magic switch, after getting the formula from the guardian in the Inner Chamber, and jump to the top.

Kappel

Great Plains
1.The one you are missing
First you need to the defeat the guardian in the Inner Chamber of the second wing, after that, go to "Arcane 3th wing" and use the magic switch to open an area with an item. Finally use that item in the middle of the stone circle.

2.Top right of the map
Just follow the floating platforms.

3.Bottom of the map
In the area with the rock arc, after defeating the mid-boss, enter the small cave.
Zodiac temple
You need to enter from the Great plains, talk to moist zero and solve the puzzle.
Heart of the Mountain
Hit the switch and destroy the masks.

Druaga

Winter
Top left of the map, jump on the rocks to reach the top area.
Second Trial
Instead of entering Autumn, jump on the platforms next to the balcony and follow the path.
Autumn
Solve the puzzle with the pillars, the sequence is on the wall in the top area, you probably saw it while getting the spring key but is also on the same wall other side, difference is, the latter is facing the same way as the map.
Third Trial
At the very top, you need to use the switch located in a platform under the door to spring (may be hard to see because is between two other platforms), run to the platform at the top left before it reset.
Spring
Solve the Season puzzle
Every door in this room has a symbol
Go trough them in "reverse" order
Winter, autumn, summer and spring

Malekith

Ancient Graveyard
Hard to miss
Sewer labyrinth
Middle of the map in the trap area
Inner Sewer
1. Hidden area at the bottom of the first square section
Avoid Malekith's manifestation moving clockwise

2.Locked room in the second square section
First, you need to reach the end of the platform area, located right before the door, to find the switch.
Cardinal Fear Castle
At the end of the small corridor

I can't seem to get Nascal's 5th memory. I freed Bird Mask and he says something about giving me something that was mine, but I never received anything.

For 2 locked room in the second square you need to hit four switches in the sewers not just the platform area one

I think for Druaga #1 the winter it should be top left not top right

Thank you SO much for taking the time to write this guide. It has helped me immensely considering how difficult this info is to find on google since it's a relatively unknown indie game.

Hah, so it turns out I'm SUPER DUMB! I missed a path and never noticed, despite passing it countless times and it not being on the minimap, and that there is in fact no glitch affecting that door! My bad!
