I wouldn't use morphological filtering. The in game AA setting is really good and dosen't cost many fps.
Also anisotropic filtering is handled well in-game, Vsync, tool. Most probably Shader Cache "On" and the default setting "AMD optimized" doesn't make any difference.

Also, disabling Vsync in game causes the framerate to go up to whatever it wants and Crimson's Frame Rate Target Control will do nothing.

Bro, your settings don't actually work in game. If you notice, the game still has screen tearing unles you actually enable it in game. It seems like Crimson settings aren't actually overriding ANYTHING in game. Turn Vsync on and the game still drops to 30 fps if it cannot maintain 60 fps at any time. With your settings nothing changes.

If you disable ingame vsync there is still screen tearing, it's like Crimson settings aren't even doing anything.
