2) The building needs an absolutely flat surface otherwise it will "float".

I was surprised first because this building in my city is disappeared suddenly, but I found it has just updated. This has more realistic scale. Thank you.
It doesn't matter but It doesn't work as a RICO building to me.

@overlord I use several of these to make up resorts in my casino city, reading your comment from 2017 it looks like you do the same. Since the name of the new building is completely different, I was to just drop a copy of the old building into the workshop folder and it loads like normal. (I loaded a previous save to use move it to export/restore it back into a new save in which I hadn't noticed it was gone.) It will stay in the workshop folder forever, unless it's updated again.

I'm just thankful you update your assets, some creators do not. I think the new model is far superior than the previous. So keep up the good work.

I dont think it is good idea to update this model you should keep the old model and made new one (2 assets). This way you removed a lot of buildings from cities centre for many players. And if it is not removed then thanks to larger footprint it will collide with roads and other buildings.
