How to change save folder and graphics folder
In previous versions of Football Manager you could easily in game change the folder on your computer where the game is saved and where you put any external graphics that you might wanna use like facepacks and logopacks.

To be able to change this is important to a lot of players, maybe you are running low on disc space on the drive the game uses for this, especially if you have installed a lot of graphic pacs adding 20-30 gb of images to Football Manager.

For some strange reason the option to change the save folder and external graphics folder from in game was removed in Football Manager 2016.

But don’t worry, you can still do this from outside the game, it’s just takes a bit more knowledge of the game and Steam. This video will show you exactly how to change the folder where the game saves it’s save files and where you can put external graphics.

The video will tell you about a string you need, this is the string:
--user_data_location="path"
