Gameplay options
In order to get all the achievements in one playthrough, take note of the following:

Do not skip any movies.
Do not skip any puzzle minigames.
Do not use hints during any of the hidden object puzzles.

The difficulty of the game being chosen when starting a new game or the extra game in Elizabeth's perspective after finishing the game doesn't matter as long as the listed three points are followed consistently throughout. Clicking on the hints button once during the tutorial section is fine since it has not charged yet.
Prologue
When playing on easier difficulties, the tutorial will direct you to view a close-up location, obtain a stick and use the stick to obtain a key at another close-up location.

Go to the gazebo where Elizabeth is at. You will see a cat tied up by a chained padlock. There is a bonus photo on the ground of the gazebo next to the cat. Take the photo for the Photo collector achievement.

If you try to interact with the cat, the cat will ask you to set it free and it will set you free in return. Use the key in your inventory to unlock the padlock. The cat will take a position at the bottom-left corner of your screen. This will also unlock the achievement Kind soul.

Kind soul Free the cat.

Take the ticket underneath the cat's former position. When you attempt to leave the gazebo, spiked iron bars will appear and block your exit. Direct the cat to interact with the statue arm at the middle and the iron bars will disappear. Attempt to leave the area through the gate and a wolf head will appear, asking for a ticket. Give the ticket and the gate will open, enabling you to leave the area.

Carnival grounds
Look at the closed ticket office. Take the second bonus photo hanging on the side next to the window and the attached paperclip. Look at the volleyball field on the right-side of the screen. Send the cat to dig the ground and uncover a hat which you can take. The volleyball net post is missing a handle. The clown head mascot next to the welcome signboard is missing a hat. Throw the hat at the clown head and it will drop a remote control which you can take.

Look at the striped tent. The zipper appears to be stuck. Attach the paperclip to the zipper and interact with it to open the tent entrance. Enter the tent to start the first hidden object puzzle (FROG).



Item parts that are circled in green can be obtained by clicking on it. Open the drawers and move the robes and the dress in the dresser to obtain the mask part and stamp part inside, open the cage and release the fairy to obtain the fairy dust. Item parts that are circled in gold can only be obtained after assembling an item and using it on a nearby thing on the screen. Assemble the magic potion, doll head and postage stamp. Pour the magic potion on the magician's hat to obtain the key part. Place the doll head on the headless clown figure to obtain a medallion part. Place the postage stamp on the pink/purple coloured box to obtain a second medallion part. Assemble the medallion and place it on the magician to obtain a second key part. Assemble the key and use it to unlock the compartment below the magician. Take the air rifle inside the compartment.

Take the path leading to the left of the screen. Use the remote control on the nearest car. Look at the panel on the tree to start the first puzzle mini-game. Drop the left ball once, right ball once and the center ball 5 times. Look at the bench in front. Take the cat toy under the bench. Push over the lion statue to break the trash bin attachment. Take the trash bin. Move the leaves on the bench to uncover a box of plastic bullets. Take the box. Look at the side of the river near the bridge. Move the leaves to uncover a bottle of acid. Take the bottle. Fill the trash bin with the river water.

Return to the carnival entrance. Look at the ticket office which is lit up this time. Insert the ticket to obtain a token in exchange. Look at the amusement machine below the clown mascot which is also running on electricity this time. Insert the token to start a game. Use the directional arrow buttons to guide the ball towards the exit. Obtain a knob upon completing the amusement machine game.

Take the path leading towards the ferris wheel. Attempt to interact with the swinging carousel on the right side. Combine the trash bin with water with the acid to make strong acid. Pour the strong acid on the swinging carousel. Look at the remains on the ground. Take the length of chain. Look at the broken railroad track on the ground. Tie the chain to the broken section of the railroad track. Interact with the other children's ride on the left side to fix the railroad track. Look at the train control panel. Place the knob on the control panel and turn the knob.

Proceed further towards the ferris wheel. Look at the inflatable castle on the left. Take the chess piece. Look at the generator and open a panel to see it needs a fuse. Look at the shooting gallery on the right side. Use the air rifle and box of plastic bullets to start a puzzle mini-game. Each bowl of different coloured pallets have a symbol that appear on multiple sections of the wooden board in front. Load each bowl of pallets onto the air rifle and shoot at sections of the board with the same symbol that is printed on the bowl. The board section will display a colour when the correct pallet is shot. Upon colouring all sections of the board, a handle will be awarded as a prize.

Return to the carnival entrance. Look at the volleyball net stand. Insert the handle to unwind and take the volleyball net.

Return to the lake on the left. Look at the chess table next to the bench. Insert the chess piece to start a puzzle mini-game. There may be multiple solutions towards solving this puzzle. One possible solution is shown in the following screenshot below.


A small niche will break open on the chessboard upon completion of the puzzle, revealing a fuse inside. Take the fuse and return to the area with the floating photo. Replace the fuse in the generator. Place the net on the ferris wheel cabin. Use the generator to blow the photo into the cabin with net. Use the cat to help catch the trapped photo.
Garden
Attempt to go forward through the open gate. Look at the swing and attempt to interact with the lawnmower. Look at the tree stump between the house and the gate. Take the tongs. Look at the fence on the right side. Take the rope. Go towards the house. Move the potted plant and look at the floorboards underneath. Look at the roof and attempt to interact with the lamp.

Go to the back of the house. Attempt to interact with the hose. Use the cat on the snake. Take the hose. Look at the cupboard shelf. Take the bottle of kerosene. Attempt to interact with the tile piece. Look at the table between the stove and the cupboard. Take the second cat toy. Uncover the cloth covering the wall. Attempt to interact with the lock. Use the cat on the lock. Take the jar of syrup concentrate inside. Look at the grass patch. Take the third photo and a hook. Look at the woodpile. Take the hammer and the pile of firewood. Look at the stove. Read the note, take the cauldron, open the fuel compartment, use the tongs to obtain hot coal. Place the firewood inside the fuel compartment, apply the kerosene on the firewood.

Return to the front of the house. Look at the roof. Apply the hot coal on the overhanging lamp. Take the control unit revealed above.

Return to the front lawn of the garden. Combine the hook with the rope to make a rope with hook. Apply the rope with hook on the swing post. Interact with the lawnmower. Look at the lawnmower. Insert the control unit inside.

Go through the gate. Attempt to interact with the postbox. Look at the stream. Deploy the hose. Fill the cauldron with water. Look at the anthill. Attempt to interact with the funnel. Go to the tractor. Open the engine compartment, the smaller compartment in front of it, move aside the bucket below the steering wheel. Uncover the cloth on the rear left wheel.


Assemble the magnet. Use the magnet to obtain the knife part and assemble the knife. Use the knife to cut open a small pocket on the driver's seat. Take the starter part inside and assemble the starter. Apply the starter on the tractor battery. Activate the tractor power button to reveal a screwdriver part. Assemble the screwdriver and use it to open the steering wheel panel. Obtain the key part inside and assemble the key. Use the key to open the locked compartment next to the driver's seat. Take the hacksaw inside.

Return to the back of the house. Look at the shelf. Use the hacksaw to obtain a set of tiles. Go to the front of the house. Look at the floorboards. Use the hammer to pry open the nailed floorboard to reveal a small puzzle mechanism inside. Insert the tiles to begin a puzzle mini-game. Arrange the tile pieces to fit into the design carved out on the floor compartment.


Take the shawl inside upon completing the puzzle. Go to the back of the house. Look at the stove. Place the cauldron of water on the stove. Add the syrup concentrate. Place the shawl into the cauldron. Use the tongs to obtain a shawl with syrup.

Return to the area with the postbox. Look at the anthill. Place the shawl with syrup to divert the ants away from the funnel. Take the funnel. Look at the stream. Attach the funnel to the deployed hose. Look at the postbox. Take the GPS inside.
Garage
Look at the marked radioactive barrel. Attempt to interact with the contents. Attempt to enter garage numbers 665 and 666. Attempt to interact with the flaming barrel on the right. Look at the car wreck engine compartment. Lift the hood, read the note, open all the battery caps and attempt to interact with the battery. Look at the car interior. Take the third cat toy and the plastic bottle. Attempt to start the car ignition and attempt to interact with the gas tank.

Enter the only accessible garage on the left side. Take the burner and crowbar. Open the workbench drawer and take the knife and tape inside. Look at the legwell below the opened workbench drawer. Take the rag and piece of hose inside. Move several tires among the tire stack at the back and take the empty bottle inside. Look at the crane control panel. Activate the red power button. Use the cat on the deployed crane. Take the broken vacuum cleaner. Apply the tape on the broken vacuum cleaner.

Go to garage 665. Use the crowbar on the padlock. Enter the garage. Look at the safe and safe handle. Look at the top of the safe. Take the tweezers and attempt to interact with the chainsaw. Look at the desk which contains an evaporation device. Take an empty jar and a stick. Take an empty bucket at the base of a desk next to the evaporation device. Look at the desk on the right where the conveyor belt starting device is missing a button.

Go outside. Look at the marked radioactive barrel. Use the empty bottle on the barrel contents to fill it up with water. Combine the stick with the rag to make a torch. Use the torch on the burning barrel to make a burning torch. Look at the car wreck interior. Use the empty bucket and the piece of hose on the gas tank. Take the gas.

Return to the unmarked garage. Look at the crane control panel. Use the tweezers to obtain a button. Return to garage 665. Insert the button on the starting device and activate the device. Finish the puzzle minigame as given in the instructions. Obtain a set of tiles upon completing the puzzle. Look at the evaporation device. Place the empty jar, burner, bottle of water on the device and light the burner with the burning torch. Obtain the jar of distilled water.

Look at the wall of chained metal sheets. Place the tiles on the puzzle set. Arrange the tile pieces such that they fit into the allowed grid spaces. There may be multiple solutions to the puzzle. One possible and easy solution is to place the tiles in the pattern shown below where the tile pattern is the same in each column.


After completing the puzzle, attempt to interact with the revealed garage 666 entrance. Look at the adjacent garage 667 entrance. Look at the pattern on the door and attempt to interact with the fallen tree blocking the garage door. Use the fixed vacuum cleaner on garage 666 entrance and attempt to look at the entrance.

Return to garage 665. Look at the safe. Read the instructions for the puzzle minigame and deduce the missing number on the safe code number puzzle. From the center right number 13, the top right number is 8(Difference of 5) and the bottom right number is 18(Sum of 5). Hence from the center left number 39, the bottom left number is 24 which is a difference of 15 and hence the addition of 15 to 39 would fit into the puzzle as 54. Enter 54 in the safe dial to complete the puzzle and open the safe.

Take the photo and the chain inside. Look at the top of the safe. Use the knife on the plastic bottle in inventory to make a half bottle. Use the chain, half bottle and gas on the chainsaw. Take the chainsaw. Go to garage 667 entrance. Use the chainsaw on the fallen tree and enter the garage to start a hidden object minigame.


Activate the analog camera, the clock several times, the cabinet behind the clock and the drawer next to the cabinet. Assemble the radio and place it on the workbench shelf with wires at the back. Assemble a soldering iron. Use the soldering iron on the TV monitor. Turn the dials on the TV, take the rasp piece and assemble a rasp. Use the rasp on the wood piece on a vice clamp. Assemble a medallion key and place it on the wall. Assemble a ballerina and place it on the groove on a table. Take the bottle of alkali from a hidden compartment.

Combine the distilled water with the alkali in inventory to make electrolyte. Look at the car engine and battery compartment. Pour the electrolyte into the battery and interact with the battery twice. Look at the car interior and start the ignition. Enter the garage 666 entrance which is now-lit.
Toy and study room
Look at and attempt to interact with the remote control. Look at the toy rabbit. Open the small tear on the rabbit. Take the wadding inside and a button on the rabbit's nose. Take batteries on the ground. Look at the toy vehicle with telescopic ladder. Look at the key hanging on a chandelier above. Look at the pool of spilled water. Apply the wadding on the pool of water. Look at the piggy bank on the shelf. Attempt to interact with the toy pig. Take the paper clip nearby. Return to the room. Place the batteries in the remote control. Use the wet wad to clean the remote control. Activate the remote control to extend the toy vehicle's telescopic ladder. Climb up the table through the ladder.

Attempt to interact with the other side. Take the raspberry jam jar lid. Replace the lid back on the jar to trap the bee inside. Look at the laptop. Take the pencil. Attempt to interact with the laptop keyboard and look at the laptop display. Look at the key on the chandelier above. Look at the table fan. Insert the button and activate the fan. Look at the open notebook. Keep interacting with the notebook to tear pages out and attempt to fold something until a paper plane is assembled. Look at the desk drawer below the tabletop. Use the pencil to open the drawer. Take the photo, ruler and thread. Look at the ship model. Combine the paper clip and the thread to make a harpoon. Use the harpoon to climb up into the ship model and start the next hidden object minigame.


Open the unlocked wooden chest on the left and push aside the small water barrel to reveal hidden object parts inside. Assemble the medal key and ship's wheel. Use the medal key to open the locked chest on the right. Assemble the pump. Deploy the pump and the ship's wheel. Assemble the winch. Deploy the winch and activate the pump. Assemble the lighter. Light the cannon fuse with the lighter.

Return below. Look at the broken piggy bank fragments. Take the keyboard key. Climb up to the shelf. Deploy the ruler to make a bridge across. Use the pencil on the pencil markings on the book cover.

Return to the tabletop. Look at the laptop. Insert the missing keyboard key and interact with the fixed keyboard. Take the toothpick. Use the toothpick on the paper plane. This awards the achievement Aeronaut.

Aeronaut Fly across the chasm.

Look at the fishbowl and attempt to interact with it. Look at the set of gears on the pulley system and attempt to interact with it. Look at the tabletop. Take the gear. Push the glass fan model. Look at the broken fragments to start a puzzle game. Rotate the puzzle pieces and fit them into the desired shape.


Take the glass fish. Look at the key on the chandelier above. Look at the base of the horse statuette. Take the cat toy and magnet. Look at the fishbowl. Place the glass fish inside. Turn on the air pump. Use the magnet to obtain the second gear. Look at the set of gears. Insert both gear wheels to begin the next puzzle minigame. Read and follow the instructions by rotating each circular ring on the puzzle starting from the most inner ring until all the rings fit into the grooves.


Climb up through the lowered pulley after completing the puzzle. Look at the key on the chandelier. Attempt to interact with the nails. Push the box of paperclips aside. Take the rubberband. Go back below. Look at the tabletop mess. Take the bunch of paperclips. Go up again. Deploy the rubberband and paperclips on the nails. Activate the slingshot and take the key.
Forest area
Attempt to walk towards the carnivorous plant. Look at the liana plants protecting the plant. Look at the frog at the base of a tree. Attempt to interact with the frog. Look at the bear trap on the grass. Attempt to interact with the bear trap. Look at the tree hollow above. Follow the path to the right.

Look at the barrel on the right. Take the crowbar and attempt to interact with the barrel. Look at the base of a fence. Attempt to interact with the fence. Use the crowbar on the fence to obtain a plank. Look at the wagon. Take the photo in a far corner of the wagon. Uncover the hay on the wagon several times until a sickle is revealed. Take the sickle. Look at the wall on side of windmill. Move the brick several times until it comes off. Take the cat toy and the puzzle piece inside. Enter the windmill.

Look at the sacks of corn. Attempt to interact with the sacks. Use the cat to chase away the mice probing through the sack. Cut open the sack with the sickle. Take a handful of corn. Look at the flour dispensing section, gearwheel section and feeder section of the mill. Place the corn into the feeder. Look at the tied-up bird. Use the sickle to free the bird. Take the rope. Look at the puzzle on the right side. Insert the puzzle pieces to start a puzzle minigame. Read the instructions for the minigame. Multiple solutions might be possible for this puzzle. One possible solution is shown below.


A small alcove will open upon completion of the puzzle. Take the bowl and pair of gloves inside. Exit the windmill. Look at the barrel of water. Use the bowl on the barrel to fill it up with water and take the empty barrel.

Return to the starting location with the flower. Look at the frog. Use the pair of gloves to obtain the frog. Take the gear wheel underneath. Look at the bear trap. Release the frog to eat and chase away the mosquitoes. Use the rope to spring the trap. Take the trap with rope. Look at the tree hollow. Read the instructions on the puzzle. Connect the vines as shown in the picture below.


The hollow will open up upon completion of the puzzle. Take the jar of poison. Return to the windmill. Insert the gear on the gear section. Look at the flour section. Take the flour. Combine the flour with the bowl.

Return to the starting location. Look at the base of the tree. Attempt to interact with the water. Pour the jar of poison into the water. Use the bowl of flour on the flower. This awards the achievement Gardener.

Gardener Neutralize the flower.

Go past the flower. Enter the shack on the left. Assemble the lantern and hang it on the ceiling hook above to reveal the rest of the hidden object puzzle screen.



Make a tear on the sack on the left and move aside the blue cloth on the wall to reveal item parts inside. Assemble the hand drill and use it to drill a hole into the water barrel. Push aside the water barrel. Assemble the blowlamp and use it to burn away the paint sticking to a winch part. Assemble the winch and deploy it on another ceiling hook above. Assemble the circular saw and use it to saw open a sealed crate. Take the nail gun inside.

Attempt to cross the bridge. Look at the riverbank. Deploy the trap with rope. Attempt to interact with the barrel. Use the barrel in inventory on the barrel by the river. Place the plank on the set of two barrels. Use the nailgun to attach the plank securely to the barrels. Take the boards next to the barrels. Place the boards on the plank and barrels. Use the nailgun on the boards to attach them securely. Push the makeshift raft onto the river and cross the river.
Factory and restaurant area
Look at and attempt to interact with the electrical switch box. Look at and attempt to interact with the fire hydrant. Look at the ground. Take the rod. Look at the barrier. Take the rope. Attempt to enter the factory and look at the entrance doorway. Look at the fire hydrant. Use the rope and rod to calm the factory doorway guardians. Attempt to enter the factory, look at and attempt to interact with the door. Attempt to interact with the ice safe. Use the cat on the ice safe. Look at the pile of ice. Take the key. Unlock the factory door and enter the factory. This will award the Lock cracker achievement.

Lock cracker Enter the plant.

Look at the floor on the left. Take the hammer. Look at the emergency safety box. Open the box and take the fire extinguisher inside. Look at the forklift. Take the photo and cat toy and attempt to interact with the grate. Enter the room on the right to start a hidden object puzzle.


Assemble the screwdriver and manipulator. Use the screwdriver to open the electrical power switch box and activate the wires inside. Assemble the compressor. Deploy the manipulator. Assemble the press mold. Assemble the nitrogen can. Deploy the compressor and nitrogen can. Take the liquid nitrogen.

Go upstairs. Look at the metal catwalks on the left and on the right side of the area. Attempt to interact with the broken section. Look on the metal railing on the right side. Take the chain.

Return downstairs. Take 3 grate pieces on the floor. Look at the fourth grate on the conveyor belt. Look at the forklift. Use the chain on the forklift handle. Take the gloves and grate.

Return upstairs. Use the 4 grate pieces in inventory to repair the metal catwalk on the right side. Look at the magnetic crane control office. Attempt to interact with the door handle. Combine the gloves and liquid nitrogen in inventory to make nitrogen and gloves. Use the nitrogen and gloves and hammer on the door handle. Look at the door on the left side. Attempt to interact with the door handle. Use the extinguisher on the door handle. Go through the door.

Look at the table and look at the paper cook next to it. Look at the ground next to a fallen chair. Take the puzzle tiles and plate. Attempt to interact with the lamp above the paper cook. Throw the plate at the lamp. Look at the live electricity on pool of water. Look at the electricity box on the right. Attempt to interact with it.

Return outside to the front entrance of the factory. Look at the electricity switch box. Insert the puzzle tiles on it to begin a puzzle minigame. Read the instructions for the puzzle. Clear the orange boxes first followed by the purple boxes as they only have 3 boxes in the entire puzzle. Move the bottom left orange box at the middle end of the large pile to the furthest corner on the bottom left, move the top orange box towards 2 spaces to the right of the location of the first orange box and drop the last orange box into the empty space in between. Move the top purple box to the left 2 spaces. Clear the rest of the boxes using any solution as they have an even number and are less likely to reach a dead-end.


Take the lever that is revealed inside upon completion of the puzzle. Return to the restaurant area. Look at the electricity box. Insert the lever and turn off the electricity. Go to the table.
Underwater area
Take the wire frame. Look at the ground. Attempt to interact with a rock and take the amulet. Look at the boat wreck. Take the life jacket and attempt to interact with the net and briefcase. Use the amulet to open the briefcase. Take the container of fish food. Look at the sunken chest and attempt to interact with it. Use the fish food on the plants growing on the chest. Attempt to interact with the chest. Proceed downwards.

Attempt to interact with the pit on the ground. Look at the fish. Look at the ground on the right side near a tire. Take the photo, bottle and stick. Attempt to interact with the closed oyster.

Return to starting location by moving downwards. Look at the ground. Smash the bottle against the rock. Take the broken bottle. Look at the boat wreck. Use the broken bottle on the net. Return to location with pit. Look at the ground with oyster. Open the oyster with broken bottle. Take the pearl inside. Return to starting location. Look at the chest. Insert the pearl on the chest to start puzzle minigame. Read the instructions for the puzzle. There may be multiple solutions to this puzzle. One possible solution is shown in the following series of pictures.





The chest will open and reveal a bunch of coins upon completion of the puzzle. Take the coin and return to the location with the pit. Use the wire frame, stick, net and coin on the pit. Look at the concrete rubble and attempt to interact with the pouch. Insert the life jacket and inflate it. Take the pouch.
Street area
Look at the bin on the left. Take the bubblegum and stone. Attempt to interact with the bin. Look at the barrier. Attempt to enter the door on the right side. Look at the pit. Attempt to interact with it. Look at the parked bicycle. Take the bicycle headlamp. Attempt to interact with the handlebar. Enter the alleyway on the right side.

Attempt to interact with the fire escape ladder. Look at the car trunk. Attempt to interact with the trunk and the front car door. Look at the parked forklift. Take the headlamp and screwdriver. Look at the door and attempt to interact with the door. Break the door with the stone. Enter through the opened door.

Look at the table. Take the solvent and paint. Attempt to interact with the paint sprayer. Apply the solvent, bubblegum and paint on the paint sprayer. Push aside the curtain. Look at the gas tank on trolley. Attempt to interact with the trolley wheel. Use the screwdriver on the trolley wheel. Look at the pool of oil. Attempt to interact with it.

Return to the street outside. Look at the pit. Apply the paint sprayer. This will award the Painter achievement.

Painter Paint over the pit.

Take the electronic car key. Look at the door to start a puzzle minigame. Read the instructions. Insert the appropriate number pieces on each empty circle on the star diagram.


Enter the door to start a hidden object puzzle minigame.


Open the matryoshka doll several times, the book and the conical hat above the teddy bear to reveal item parts inside. Assemble the drum. Place the drum on the rabbit toy with drumsticks. Assemble the till printout. Place the till printout into the cash register. Assemble the dispenser. Use the dispenser on the tubular toy. Assemble the soldier. Place the soldier among the row of other toy soldiers. Assemble the pump. Use the pump on the balloon. Take the pipette.

Return to the alleyway. Use the electronic car key on the front car door. Open the car door. Unlock the car trunk and attempt to open the glove compartment. Look at the car trunk and open it. Take the tripod and car jack. Enter the house. Look at the pool of oil. Use the pipette on the oil to get pipette with oil.

Return to the street. Look at the bin. Use the car jack, wheel and pipette with oil on the bin. Go to the alleyway. Look at the ground. Take the wheel. Enter the house. Look at the gas tank on trolley. Replace the wheel onto the trolley. Take the gas cylinder and the baseball bat.

Go back outside. Climb the fire escape ladder. Look at the shelf on the right. Take the photo, wire, car key and torchlight. Attempt to interact with the electrical wires.

Return to alleyway below. Look at interior of car. Use the car key on the glove compartment and open it. Take the wrench. Return to the street outside. Look at the parked bicycle. Use the wrench on the bicycle handlebar.

Return to the balcony above. Use the bicycle handlebar on the electrical wires. Look at the cloud. Deploy the tripod on the balcony. Look at the tripod. Use the wire, bicycle headlamp, headlamp and torchlight on the tripod. Return to the street. Look at the ground. Take the bicycle handlebar. Return to the balcony. Use the bicycle handlebar on the electrical wires.

Attempt to interact with the apothecary window. Use the gas cylinder on the window. Use the baseball bat on the deployed gas cylinder. Enter through the broken window.
Dream area
Look at the sign below the first window on the left. Take the burlap and attempt to interact with the sign. Look at the next sign adjacent to the first sign. Take the wood splinters. Look at the third sign below the window on the right.

Enter the window with the car sign symbol. Look at the front car door and car trunk and attempt to interact with it. Look at the ground. Take the pipe.

Enter the window on the right. Click anywhere on the screen to begin burning wood. Attempt to interact with the burning wood. Combine the pipe with the burlap in inventory to make a torch. Use the torch on the burning wood. Look at the mirror and shelf on the right. Take the bird food and attempt to interact with the mirror. Use the cat on the mirror. Attempt to interact with the safe puzzle inside.

Enter the window on the left. Click anywhere on the screen to reveal a lifebuoy on an ice floe. Attempt to interact with the lifebuoy. Look at the bird feeder on the right side. Attempt to interact with it. Use the bird food on the bird feeder. Look at the bird feeder. Take the puzzle parts. Look at the ground in front of the ice floe. Attempt to interact with the ice. Use the wood splinters and torch on the ice. Take the pin. Attempt to interact with the ice hole.

Return to the car accident scene. Look at the car trunk. Use the pin on the car trunk keyhole. Take the fishing rod part and axe handle.

Return to the burning house scene. Look at the safe puzzle. Insert the puzzle parts to begin puzzle minigame. Read and follow the instructions.


The safe will open to reveal a fishing hook upon completion of the puzzle. Take the hook. Return to the snow covered village. Combine the hook with the fishing rod part to make a fishing line. Use the fishing line on the lifebuoy to get the lifebuoy figure.

Return to the passageway. Look at the sign below the window leading into the village. Insert the lifebuoy figure onto the sign. Look at the gravestone. Take the axe handle.

Return to the village. Look at the boat. Attempt to interact with the box. Combine the axe head with the axe handle in inventory to make an axe. Smash open the box with the axe. Take the final cat toy and bucket. This will award the Happy friend achievement.

Happy friend Collect all the cat toys.

Look at the ice on the ground. Fill the bucket up with water. Return to the burning house. Use the bucket of water on the burning wood. This will award The master of dreams achievement.

The master of dreams Collect all the dreamcatchers.

Look at the trophy cabinet at the back of the room. Remove the cloth. Take the parrot figure. Go up the stairs to begin the final main game hidden object puzzle.


Open the cabinet to reveal an item part inside. Assemble the chandelier and sprayer with poison. Use the sprayer to drive away the bugs. Assemble the projector. Place the projector on the small bookstand on the right. Assemble the violin. Play the violin at the mirror. Give the chandelier to the ghost. Assemble the statuette. Place the statuette on the music box on the left. Take the tin snippers. This will award the achievement Detective.

Detective Finish all FROGs without hints.

Return to the car accident scene. Look at the car door. Cut the door with the tin snippers and open the door. Take the final photo. This will award the achievement Photo collector.

Photo collector Find all the bonus photos in the game.

Handle the car driver body twice to lay him on the street outside. Look at the driver's body. Look at the face. Take the car figure. Return to the passageway. Look at the sign below the car accident window. Insert the car figure. Look at the sign below the former burning house window. Insert the parrot figure. Look at the revealed gravestone epitaph. The Medal achievement will be awarded at the end of the movie and ending credits.

Frozen world area (Extra game)
Start the bonus game by going to the extras section in main menu that is unlocked after completion of the main game. Remember not to skip any of the movies or puzzle minigames to obtain the remaining achievements in the game.

Look at the snow on the ground. Take a snowball. Attempt to interact with the snow. Attempt to cross the bridge. Attempt to interact with the icicles. Look and attempt to interact with the crate and frozen statue fountain.

Take the path to the left. Attempt to interact with the bench and ice cave. Use the snowball on the icicles above the bench. Look at the bench. Open up the raincoat. Take the key, bucket and shovel.

Return to the starting location. Look at the snow. Dig up the snow with the shovel. Open the manhole cover. Attempt to operate the water pump and pipe with missing valve. Look at the crate. Use the bucket to fill it up with sand.

Return to the ice cave. Make a path using the bucket of sand. Look inside the cave. Take the valve and track.

Return to the starting location, look at the water pump and pipe. Insert the valve to start a puzzle minigame. Read the instructions. Look closely at the round circles to see the allowed pipes to connect to them. The circle will adopt a blue colour when a pipe section of the correct flow is placed nearby and the sound of running water can be heard. The circle will change to green colour when sufficient pipe sections of the correct flow and pipe colour are placed around it. Complete the puzzle by switching and placing the pipe sections as shown below.


The pipe valve will turn upon completion of the puzzle. Use the bucket on the water pump to fill it with water. Use the bucket of water on the icicle barrier. Look at the crate. Use the shovel on the crate. Cross the bridge.

Attempt to interact with the snowman in front. Look at the door on the left. Open the door with the key. Look inside the storage shed. Attempt to interact with the snowblower. Take the icepick. Push open the curtain on the right and go up the stairs to start a hidden object puzzle.


Push aside the screen next to the fountain statue to reveal an item part inside. Assemble the hairdryer, bucket and generator. Deploy the generator and use the hairdryer on the frozen water. Assemble the perforator. Use the perforator on the concrete slabs. Fix the bucket onto the excavator arm. Assemble the argon welder. Use the argon welder on the safe. Take the sled part.

Return to the starting location. Look at the frozen fountain. Use the icepick on the ice. Take the lever. Return to the snowman area. Look inside the shed. Attach the track and lever onto the snowblower. Attempt to interact with the river. Look inside the shed. Take the part of the sled. Combine the sled part and part of the sled in inventory to make a sled. Use the sled on the river.

Attempt to interact with the trees in front twice. Use the cat on the trees. Look at the statue hand inside. Take the wedding ring.
Train station (Extra game)
Attempt to interact with the dog guarding the suitcase. Look at the water tower above. Look at the small baggage cart next to the dog. Take the duct tape and attempt to interact with the contents.

Go downwards. Attempt to interact with the spiderweb. Look at the postal booth. Take the cassette and rag. Look at the bin next to the bench on the right. Take the empty bottle and stone. Look at the pot of flowers. Take the watering can and lighter.

Return to the train platform by going downwards again. Look at the baggage cart. Use the empty bottle on the gas can. Take the bottle with petrol. Use the watering can on the gas can. Take the watering can with petrol. The baggage cart will move away. Look at the ground where the baggage cart was formerly at. Attempt to interact with the hatch. Return to the train station entrance. Combine the bottle with petrol with the rag to make a molotov cocktail. Combine the molotov cocktail with the lighter to make a primed molotov. Use the primed molotov on the spiderweb. Look at and attempt to interact with the ATM machine. Enter the train station.

Look at and attempt to interact with the lockers, floor hatch, door at the center and hanging refrigerator. Use the stone on the refrigerator. Take the meat inside.

Return to the train platform. Use the meat on the dog to make it go away. Look at the suitcase to start a puzzle. There may be multiple solutions to this puzzle. One possible solution is to take the following steps: Top purple, bottom green, top green, top purple, bottom purple, bottom green, top green, bottom purple, left yellow, right red, center red, left yellow, center yellow, right yellow, right red, center red, left red, left yellow, center yellow, right yellow, center red, left red, right yellow.

The suitcase will open upon completion of the puzzle. Take the dynamite, flashlight and card inside. Attempt to interact with the ground. Use the cat on the ground. Take the cassette player. Attempt to interact with the water tower support poles.

Return to the train station interior. Look at the hatch. Use the card on the hatch bolt. Take the code. Go to the train station entrance. Look at the ATM machine. Insert the card and use the code. Take the code that comes out.

Return to the station interior. Look at the lockers. Use the code on the locker to begin a puzzle minigame. Look at the code. On the right column, the sum of 2 triangles equal to 4 which means the triangle can be deduced to represent 2. On the left column, the sum of a triangle and a square equal to 7. Having deduced a triangle is 2, the square can be deduced to represent 5. On the center column, the sum of 1 and a square equal an asterisk. Having deduced the square is 5, an asterisk can equal to 6. Looking at the symbols on the locker which show a square, asterisk and triangle, enter the combination 562.

The locker will open. Take the key inside. Look at the door. Unlock the door with the key to reveal an elevator. Take the elevator down.

Attempt to interact with the area. Use the flashlight on the area. Interact with the generator box at the wall. Look at the power box and attempt to interact with the wires inside. Use the duct tape on the leaking pipes. Attempt to interact with the wires. Use the watering can with petrol on the generator. Read the instructions. Flip the switches below each numbered display in the following order: 4, 8, 10, 1, 6, 2, 7, 5, 9, 3.

Upon completion of this puzzle, the underground train platform will be lit and the Genius achievement will be awarded.

Genius Finish all mini-games without skipping.

Look at and attempt to interact with the train control office and train door. Look at the loudhailer on top of a pillar. Look at the base of the pillar. Take the gas cylinder. Look at the train control office. Combine the cassette with the cassette player in inventory to make a player with cassette. Use the player with cassette on the train announcement system. Look at the base of the pillar. Take the lockpick.

Return to the ground level train platform outside. Look at the hatch. Use the lockpick on the hatch. Take the gas welder gear. Return to the underground train platform below. Look at the train door. Combine the gas welder gear with the gas cylinder to make a gas welder. Use the gas welder on the chains barring the train door. Enter the train to begin the final hidden object puzzle.


Assemble the plane and place it on the desk with several other model planes. Assemble the hammer and use it to knock over a dresser to block the water spilling into the room.


Assemble the remote control. Use the remote control to open the helicopter and glass display case. Assemble the saw. Use the saw to cut the frame part out. Assemble the frame. Insert the frame on the door. Take the detonator.

Return to the ground level train platform. Look at the base of the water tower. Combine the detonator with the dynamite in inventory to make a bomb. Plant the bomb at the water tower supports. Look at the train. Attempt to interact with the train door. Use the husband's ring on the door. Enter the train.

After the extra game ending movie, the achievements Ring and Film buff will be awarded.

Hint for all who are struggeling with getting the achievement "Detective: Finish all FROGs without hints.":
The game has to be played in one go, no exiting inbetween!
If you have to play it once more because the achievement did not pop:
Create a new profile. Otherwise it will not work.

To be on the safe side:
Do not skip cutscenes nor minigames. I had to play it 8x because of multiple glitches, chrashes and frozen scrrens after skipping cutscenes and especially the minigame with the flowers.
