The Aura Tower is a large condominium located in Toronto Ontario, Canada. Aura is holds the title of tallest residential tower in Canada and Toronto and the 4th tallest tower overall in Toronto. Aura is also ranked as the 6th tallest residential tower outside of Asia. Originally the tower was planned as a 75 story tower part of a complex of 3, however in 2012 plans were changed to make Aura 78 floors (829 ft/272m).

This tower is RICO compatible so it can be plopped and function as a residential tower. HOWEVER this is a LEVEL 5 tower so it MUST be placed in an area with the highest land value or else it will become abandoned.

RICO: You only need the RICO mod if you wish to use this as a residential building. (if this is incorrect please let me know.)

UPDATE: Gave the building some small texture fixes as well as a custom LOD. The lod is obviously low poly but you may notice a serious drop in detail. This is to be expected since the lod only has 159 tri's while the normal building has 12,469 tris. I have also changed the number of households from 75 to 500 which equates to about 1500 to 2500 residents so bare that in mind.

I have RICO, but this building shows up as a park/unique building when I place it in my city. How do I make it a residential building? I even placed it in a residential zone, still didn't work.

Lod has a visual glitch - tower is mispositioned to the lower part - it moves to the right when lod triggers. Easy to check with lod toggler. Also would be nice to have more detailed one. Cheers!

Dude, you're missing out by not making an LOD model for this near-perfect asset. It's an amazing skyscraper but I unsubbed because of this :/
