Intro to the Biting Cobra build
The Biting Cobra build is a PAYDAY 2 build based on shotguns, movement, and health regen.
I will explain in detail how to set up this build and how to use it efficiently in the following sections.

Don't watch or mute it if you don't like foul language!!! ;)

Pros:
  • Hitting multiple enemies
  • Run and shoot
  • Run and reload
  • Big magazine
  • Easy to kill and faster aim (wide spread)
  • Crazy damage thanks to crit
  • A lot of movement instead of boring, slow movement
    badass

Cons:
  • Difficult to use: decision making is very important for this build. Need a good balance between aggressiveness and staying back
  • Difficult to use: need to take advantage of fast movement to take cover because of no armor
Skills
Mastermind

For the Mastermind class, you want to get Inspire, but minimizing skill points usage. You will need those skill points for other...
Getting to Inspire, you will also be able to get double meds! Nice to give some kind of team support! :)
Can't call it "the selfish build" anymore, huh? ;P

Enforcer

Basically most of the Shotgunner skill tree with Overkill only Basic.
This will give shotguns a lot of reliability, a nice mag for the Izhma ( ;) ), run and shoot, fast reload, and more damage.
Oppressor aced, Bulletproof aced and Bullseye basic. These skills will help you recover armor faster and get back in fight more often. Iron Man is not required, but it's not bad to have if wearing a Lightweight Bulletproof Vest.

Technician

Nothing really in Technician...

Ghost

For Ghost you definitely want Duck and Cover and Evasion aced - they will make your killing spree much faster. Thick Skin basic is nice for the extra concealment.
The Silent Killer tree is the vital part of this build. Optical Illusion aced will increase your concealment if you are using a silencer...might as well get Subsonic Rounds for that 15% extra damage ;) Low Blow and Unseen Strike are AMAZING for the crit. The crit makes a big difference in this build. You will be able to 3 shot Dozers and Turrets on Deathwish.
Make sure you keep your concealment 25 or below when getting Low Blow to get the maximum out of it.

Fugitive

For fugitive, Martial Arts Basic is a nice skill to have. You never know when there is a sneaky cop hitting you in the face. This skill can save you from going down.
Weapons
The Izhma 12G Shotgun and the Judge are the weapons of my choice. The Izhma gives high availability when shooting multiple enemies with its 22 Shells Magazine. The Judge does an insane amount of damage and helps with reducing the concealment. As I mentioned before, the Judge will be able to 3 shot Dozers and Turrets...not only that, but even snipe snipers!

Izhma 12G Shotgun

For the Izhma, I use:
  • 000 Buckshot ammo
  • The Silent Killer Suppressor
  • Concealment Boost
  • Auto Fire
  • The Tactical Russian Rail
  • LED Combo
  • AK Wood Grip
  • Skeletal Stock
Why so low accuracy? Less accuracy = more spread = more kills with one shell. Just don't get your accuracy too low or you will not do a lot of damage on single targets.

The Judge

For the Judge, I use:
  • Flachette Ammo
  • The Silent Killer Suppressor (careful when using this suppressor. When you aim down sight, you have to aim a little bit higher, so you can't actually see your target while aiming at it...)
  • Concealment Boost
  • Compact Laser Module

Perkdeck
Grinder is a great perkdeck for this build.

Ex-president is also a very good perkdeck, but I have not tested it enough to say it is better than Grinder. I will look into that. :)
Playstyle
When running this build, you want to be very aggressive, especially on difficulties lower than Deathwish. Being very aggressive and killing a lot of things will help you recover health faster through your perkdeck and kill even more things. On the other hand, you need to be aware of when enough is enough and when you need to fall back. Understanding when you are in danger is essential or you will end up downed in a place where nobody can revive you and you will get in custody.

As you can see in the following picture, I am using the new HEF granades and the Lightweight Ballistic Vest for a little extra armor since I am not running dodge at all. As I always do, Weapon Butt is a great option - low concealment and fast use.

Glad you found what fits your playstyle!

I tried the build and I found that having the Raven as the primary built for accuracy makes this build EXTREMELY viable for deathwish. Great build!

Looks like a great build, might have to try it myself!

After further testing, you actually 2 more concealment and 4 more stability by doing my method

Not aluminium, rubber*

AWESOME BUILD, but when it comes to the izhma, you can switch the skeletal stock to wide stock, and then the grip to aluminium, then you will get the same stability, but more concealment

Instead of iron man basic, you can ace die hard and get 40% more armor, instead of 30, tho this will cost 6 points instead of 4

@Nevik, I have now updated the guide. Thanks for the support. :)

Oh yeah, it's still reliable, just needs some minor tweaking.

@RedCobra1246 I tried this yesterday on Overkill Alesso Heist. While I did encounter some ammo problems, I managed to get 300 something kills. I haven't tried DW, but it seems like it's still pretty good.
