WAW Player Expression Marines and Nazi voices addition!

This addon adds voices to all the WAW playermodels. Including the marines, not just the ♥♥♥♥'s!

Updates:
1:Fixed honor guard code (would not say anything)
2:Added Marine support so it now has voices
