Chapter 01: By the end of the chapter.
By the end of the Chapter, you will face that Black-Thing, as in the picture below.


Instead of going through and finish the chapter, you will want to go up the sters.


'Till you find the block to move. And, you will move it down and jump with it, as in the picture.


While falling, pay attention to an entrance on the right, go there and you will find what is in the picture. Just continue 'till the end of the room and there you have it.

Well that was not what I expected. Not sure what to make of that, lol. If this was some open world rpg I'd think that was a riddle for a quest.

Thank you for this! I just finished the game and was a little shocked when I saw that missing achievement. Also I was a little salty because I had to repeat chapter 3 a few times after I made some ridiculous mistakes :steamfacepalm:, lol.

There's one in chapter two as well. At the part with the falling elevator, you can return to the floor you fell from and climb the ladder that was above it and reach a small room. Check the pile and you'll get it.
