How to launch this game on Windows 10

This guide helps you to launch Aura on Windows 10 (and, possible, on Windows 7 and 8). Also you can playing in windowed mode.
If you want to save screenshots to the Steam - check my other guide.

Compatibility with DirectX 8.1

Launch on Windowed mode

At the end...

Compatibility with DirectX 8.1

Open "Programs and Components"
Click "Enable or disable components of Windows" on the left side
Search "Legacy components" and select "DirectPlay"
Wait installation
Go to the game folder, found Aura1.exe file and set compatibility with Windows XP SP3.
...
... PROFIT! Now you can launch this game - go to the options and change screen resolution and other settings.

Launch on Windowed mode

Download and install (copy to some place) DxWnd - https://sourceforge.net/projects/dxwnd/
Creafe shortcut for dxwnd.exe on autoloader folder. After launching just select "File/Move to Tray" for hidding it, but before:
Select "Edit/Add", find Aura1.exe and setup it on Path and Launch fields
Toggle "Run in Window", "Keep aspect ratio", "Desctop center"
Select your best resolution (for example - if you have 4k monitor - select 1600x1200) and set fields X=0, Y=0, W=1600, H=1200
Save settings and NOT CLOSE DxWnd
...
PROFIT! Now, just launch game from Steam.

In Spanish/ En Español:
Panel de control->Programas->Programas y características->Activar o desactivar características de windows->Componentes heredados->Directplay

In German / Auf deutsch:

Systemsteuerung öffnen -> Programme -> Windows-Features aktivieren oder deaktivieren
-> Legacykomponenten -> Häkchen bei DirectPlay setzen

Spiel im Kompatibilitätsmodus (Windows XP Service Pack 3) starten -> läuft!

Try in english this menu:
Control Panel/Programs/Programs and Features and "Turn Windows features on or off" on the left panel
Does not have english version of W10, so it can has different names...

I cannot find the "Enable or disable components of Windows" option in my windows version, running microsoft windows 10 pro.

I did try to run it in compatibilty modus op XP 3, but this also didnt help..
