@HydroTec Manufacturing.
I know. When they go supernova they create all known elements in existence for less than a second.
Ƿynnþrýð 24.9.2017 klo 13.36
@Skloomax @FloppyDolphins Stars, by themselves, can create anything up to iron, and nothing with a higher atomic mass than this. Supernovae create all of the other naturally occuring elements, up to uranium. Heavier elements can only be created in laboritories, or for incredibly brief moments in supernovae, as they quickly decay into lighter elements. No star should have significant amounts of anything heavier than iron, such as uranium for example. In fact, the only extractable elements from a star should be hydrogen and helium, since they exist in the upper atmospheres of stars. Metals like carbon, silicon and iron are only found in the cores of dying stars, and I don't think anyone is going digging to the center of a star just to get some iron.

If I place solar panels will it give off solar energy
Kinami 21.5.2016 klo 17.18
I don't know if supernova explosions create those elements.

@Zacharys315:
Can't tell whether in answer to your comment, but Angel has made a pack of these that have significantly increased gravity value. (However it's still max. 47g). About the ore, you're right. I just have a theory that could be used as an argument; what if this is a red dwarf (a very small and long-living star) that has accumulated these elements? Being near a supernova probably makes sure some of the newly-created heavy elements land on you!
Kinami 15.5.2016 klo 14.28
Nice! I like the flat version you made. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITICISM: This is a star. Why does it have ore? The heaviest element a star can contain is iron and only is gaseous state. Please remove the ores. Also, the gravity should be increased significantly. Its a star. The gravity should be 3000 g's on the surface and 30 g's at 50km out, then the gravity field should end at 100km away. This may seem like negative feedback, but it is not meant to be.

I mean I know it'll just be sitting in the background of the battle and the micronova explosion will have to be added in, but still, well done.
MrEvan312 15.5.2016 klo 13.41
Hey Angel, you know I was just thinking how lovely this will be when I recreate the Battle of Psi Serpentis (a battle in the Halo franchise where the human commander used 100 nukes to detonate a dying star into a micronova, killing 300 enemy ships). You and Doc make some amazing stuff!

Okay lol thank add it to my mod sub lol
