Tips
- The asset may have already-built icon in the building UI due to a game glitch, making it hard to spot. This asset still can be selected and built regardless, if the city has not gotten one yet.

Conceptual Notes
- This is my second favorite real-world building, the first is Chrysler Building.
- This building is 1:1 scale to its real world counterpart standing at 328-meter tall with 85 floors.
- Some parts of the building were made up to compensate for the game optimization such as open-end entrance, fish net area, garages and window holes. Advertising signs and shops were also removed, you're welcome.
- Normal maps of this building were removed completely as it rendered unpleasantly during the evening.
- The Baiyoke 1 was actually the inspiration of my Jade, my first asset ever for CSL. Although having nothing alike and is not nearly as good as the real thing, but hey... and I had a pleasure of doing its sequel.
- Baiyoke means Jade Leaf, thus my Jade was named after.
