The Blackwell Epiphany is the fifth and final chapter in the Blackwell series of point-and-click adventure games. The story features Rosa Blackwell and her ghost accomplice, Joey. Known as a Bestower, Rosa is tasked with utilising her ability to see wandering ghosts and send them to peace, in the afterlife, with the aid of Joey’s paranormal abilities. The story begins when Detective Durkin calls Rosa up and tells her to meet him at an old abandoned building, downtown. [Wadjet Eye Games]

- Walk through the door
- Enter the door on the right
- Take a look at the graffiti on the right wall (a word is underlined)
- Switch to Rosa


- Look at the bricks on the right
- Use your coffee on the brick with the word that Joey noticed was underlined (this word changes with each playthrough)
- Take the key and use it on the door
- Enter the building
- Open the fusebox
- Use the power switch
- Enter the door on the right
- Interact with the box and get a fuse
- Use this new fuse with the broken fuse (Floor 3)
- Switch to Joey


- Use the door on the right and head to the upper floor
- Speak with the ghost and ask for her name
- Leave and blow the plastic thing so it falls into the elevator
- Switch to Rosa


- Take the fuse again and use it on Floor 2 this time
- Use the door on the right
- Now the elevator is open, take the plastic thing (memory card)
- Use the phone and search on Oogle for Gotham Collective
- Download the cast & crew list
- Open the note app on the phone and combine cast & crew with Mary
- Use Oogle again and either search using Mary's last name or the play she was in
- Switch to Joey


- Return to Mary and talk to her about the review
- Follow her when she leaves
- Use the tie on Mary

- Pick up the brick
- Use the brick on the window
- Enter the shop through the window
- Ring the bill

- Leave the apartment and head for the police station
- Talk to Detective Durkin and exhaust all dialogue
- Switch to Joey


- Walk through the door
- Ignore the cop on the desk and head through the door on the left
- Look at the board
- Remember the address
- Head to George Ostin's apartment using the map

- Go past the doorman
- Examine the note on the wall
- Blow on the note twice
- Switch to Rosa


- Pick up the note
- Speak to the doorman and exhaust all diakogue
- Check your notes while talking and ask him about "Grace"
- Leave and head for the Grace Church
- Enter the church
- Use the note on the book of prayers
- Leave the church and return to the George Ostin's building
- Talk to the doorman about Lia
- Return to the police station

- Talk to Durkin about Lia
- Switch to Joey


- Go inside and look to the bullpen
- Look at Lia Pierro's desk
- Look at the envelope
- Leave the station and head for Lia Pierro's house


- Walk through the door
- Move to the right side of the room until you hear a voice
- Wait for Kendra to enter the room and follow her
- Talk to her about everything until "Abacus" is mentioned
- Make sure you tell her to "Come with me" and say "I'm going to take you to your Dad"
- Return to the living room and look at the picture on the fridge
- Switch to Rosa


- Open the mailbox
- Oogle search for "Wired Abacus"
- Go to the new location

- Enter the office in the back
- Look at the computer
- Blow on the mouse
- Look at the screen
- Switch to Rosa


- Oogle search for "Exeter House"
- Leave and go there
- Use the buzzers
- Exhaust all dialogue with Emil
- Switch to Joey


- Go into Emil's apartment
- Look at the photograph to the lower right of the screen
- Note the date the photograph was taken
- Return to the Abacus location as Rosa


- Enter the date of the photo on the keypad
- Enter the office
- Take the key from Emil's desk
- Use the computer and read the emails
- Return to the store and talk to the clerk
- Ask about Parental Eye Software and he will sell it
- Oogle for "Trollgate"
- Download the Trollgate application and run it
- Enter "Kaykay" as the username
- Press the "Forgot your password?" button
- Type Pierro as the mother's maiden name
- Go back to the Abacus office
- Use the Parental Eye Software on the computer
- Read Kendra's email and find the Trollgate password
- Log into Kendra's Trollgate account
- Read the chat log and return to Pierro's house

- Unlock the door using the key from Emil's desk
- Take the key hanging on the key rack
- Enter the door on the right
- Use the shelf
- Speak to Lia and exhaust all dialogue
- Return to Kendra and when asked "What did I have for breakfast?" respond with Lia's answer
- Take Kendra out of the house and return to Exeter House
- Watch as Kendra enters the building
- Use the key from Lia's house on the door
- Switch to Joey


- Enter the apartment
- Use your tie on Kendra
- Leave and return to Pierro's house as Rosa


- Enter the house and go to the basement
- Talk to the shelf
- Tell Lia that Kendra is safe
- Switch to Joey


- Use your tie on Lia

- Look at the poster on the wall
- Talk to Joey and go through all options
- Switch to Madeline


- Talk to Joey and go through all options

- After the flashback cutscene, exhaust all dialogue
- Leave your apartment and head to George Ostin's building
- Speak to the doorman
- Ask him about George's apartment
- Use the elevator
- Interact witht he tablet
- Activate the email icon and read all of them
- Switch to Joey


- Exit through the patio
- Walk to the right side of the roof
- Talk to the ghost and exhaust all dialogue
- Enter the right door
- Talk to the ghost and exhaust all dialogue
- Blow on the note on the floor
- Look at the note
- Speak top the ghost and ask about the note
- Switch to Rosa


- Head for the police station
- Speak with Cory and ask about Michael's phone number
- Head for the church

- Talk to Father Ullman
- Ask about Michael's phone number, the phone he used and ask about Cooper
- End the conversation and use your phone
- Oogle "Michael Cooper" and exit the phone
- Confront Father Ullman about Michael Cooper
- Head to the Grace School
- Talk to Father Michael and exhaust all dialogue options
- Head outside and talk with Madeline
- Head back inside and speak with Michael
- Use your notes and ask him about the Grace Group
- Go through all dialogue and get the names Jeffrey, Peter and Heather
- Use your phone
- Oogle "Peter Fielding"
- Head to Peter Fielding's Gym
- Switch to Joey


- Enter the gym
- Head for the men's locker room
- Speak with the ghost
- Ask if he is Peter Fielding
- Return to the Grace School as Rosa


- Talk with Madeline
- Head inside and finish the conversation
- Ask Michael about Heather and Peter
- Head for Heather's apartment

- At Heather's apartment, walk through the gate
- Talk to Heather until "Ray" is mentioned
- Return to the police station as Rosa


- Ask Cory about Ray before heading to Vantini's Bar
- Enter the bar and exhaust all dialogue with Ray
- Switch to Joey


- When Ray orders a gimlet, blow on the glass
- Switch to Rosa while the bartender cleans the mess


- Go out the emergency door while the bartender is distracted
- Take the rag from the dumpster
- Pour your coffee on the ice
- Wipe the puddle with the rag
- Climb on the dumpster
- Jump onto the ladder
- Enter through the window and use Ray's computer
- Leave Ray's office and return to the gym


- Enter the gym
- Look at the photo of the celebrity on the wall
- Look until you get a closeup
- Leave the gym and return to the George Ostin building to speak with the ghost
- Talk with Tanya and exhaust all dialogue options and notes
- Switch to Rosa


- Oogle "Tanya Corsey"
- Leave and head for the newsroom
- Talk to Jim Peebles and exhaust all dialogue, specifically mentioning Heather
- Bring up your phone after exiting the conversation
- Combine the clues "Client List" and "Jim Peebles"
- Confront Jim again
- Leave and return to Tanya
- Speak with her and tell her what you know
- Lead Tanya from the apartment and head to Heather's
- Lead Tanya into the garden

- Enter Field's Gym
- Speak with Peter in the locker room
- Ask about personal training sessions
- Obtain Peter's phone number
- Head to the police station


- Ask Cory about this phone numbner
- Leave and go to the Fielding's apartment
- Knock on the door and talk to the woman
- Switch to Joey


- Walk through the door
- Blow on the card on the table
- Examine the papers on the table
- Switch to Rosa


- Check your email and there should be a download item obtainable from Sam Durkin
- Go into your notes and combine "Karth file" with "Case number"
- Knock on the door again
- Speak with Maggie and exhaust all dialogue
- Take the card from the floor
- Head to the cemetery
- Examine the tombstones and return to the gym
- Use the membership on the card reader
- Enter the gym and pick up the fallen picture frame
- Look at the picture
- Interact with the calendar
- Set the date on the calendar to the date on Connor Fielding's tombstone
- Switch to Joey


- Speak with Peter and ask to reschedule your personal training session
- Leave and head to the police station again


- Ask Cory about Connor Fielding
- Go back to Maggie's
- Confront her with your new information about her father
- Return to the cemetery
- Exhaust all dialogue options with Maggie

- Talk to Rosa and exhaust all dialogue
- Use Joey's tie on her


- Leave the room after waking up
- Speak with Auntie Lauren and switch to Joey


- Leave the padded room through the door
- Go down the left hallway
- Enter the door on the far left
- Examine the note on the wall
- Enter the door that is across from Rosa's cell
- Try to leave and speak witht he ghost
- Confront him with his name
- Follow him and then speak again
- Return to Rosa in her padded room and speak with her

- Try to climb to the ledge
- Go back to the other room and talk with Lauren
- Tell Lauren about the ledge and mention that Joey needs help and that Joey saved their lives

- Click on the ledge and Lauren will help you
- Walk down the path
- Wake up and switch to Joey


- Go to the doctor's office down the left hallway
- Blow on the scalpel
- Keep blowing until it reaches Rosa's door
- Switch to Rosa


- Click on the right until Rosa makes her way to the door
- Click the flap and switch to Joey


- Blow the scalpel into the room and switch back to Rosa


- Use the scalpel to free yourself
- Pick up the scalpel and cut the three padded walls
- Take the pipe and use it on the vent
- Escape through the vent
- Open the closet door
- Leave the hospital and use the key on the elevator
- Enter the Grace School
- Search Michael's body and take the chalk before heading upstairs
- Switch to Joey


- Use the tie on Rosa
- Switch to Rosa


- Use the chalk on the platform
- Switch to Joey


- Use the tie on the circle
- Leave the void
- On the roof of the school, use the totem on Madeline
