"Massive fail on this map. Waiting for a response to the problem. Disabled all mods, started a new game and it does the same everytime. Until then, this map and two others will not be used.

The map in the image doesn't even have a region loaded, it only consists of the map in the image, but when you look in the Maps section of Cities Skylines.. it's all there, region included!"
