This is my first guide, so rating and giving me a feedback would be appreciated, thank you.

I have structured this guide into categories with chapter numbers to help you see where you can get which achievements. To get all the achievements you will have to complete it 3 times, each time with a different choice at the end of chapter 10 and in chapter 16.

Theese first 3 achievements are pretty hard to miss. By the time you finish the game, they will all be unlocked.

Taste of Evil
Trigger an Evil Power


All you have to do is use a Evil Power. They are on the bottom of the screen and cost Thret to use.

First Blood
Defeat a hero


To get this one kill a hero enemy. You can't miss it.

The Ambush
Complete Chapter 7


Achievement pretty self explanatory. Just finish the 7th mission on your journey.

First set of achievements I'll cover are gonna be the allies you can get during game. Depending on who you chose to ally with, you will be able to get the ultimate weapon against Red Queen later in the story.

The Exiled Mage
Recruit Greybeard the Exiled Mage


To get the Greybeard on your side, you have to go on a mission The Mage.

The Dark Elf
Recruit Violet the Dark Elf


The least obvious one is the Violet. You come across her on mission The Tomb and after finding common enemy she joins your party.

The Green Goblin
Recruit Bonehead the Goblin Shaman


Bonehead will join your party after you save him from rival goblin clan in the mission Goblins

The next set of achievements will be based on the decision you make after attacking the Red Queen for the first time. So after she owns your whole army you will be able to chose who to left behind to escape. Every choice represents one of the achievements, therefore you need to complete the game 3 times to unlock all of them.

Heartless
The cruellest choice to make


Unlock this one by leaving daughter behind.

Selfless
The hardest choice to make


To get this one leave the king behind.

Gutless
The easiest choice to make


The last one is unlocked by leaving your troops behind.

In each playthrough you get to chose one powerful summoning power at the chapter 16. What you will be chosing from depends on which allies you got along the story.

Horned Demon
Unlocked the Horned Demon power


If you get the exiled mage on your side, you will be able to go on a mission to interrup summoning ritual of dark cult and get the demon to help you.

Iron Golem
Unlock the Iron Golem power


With the dark elf ranger on your team you will unlock quest, to explore dwarven ruins where you will steal blueprints for Iron Golem.

Red Dragon
Unlock the Red Dragon power


Quest for the Red Dragon unlocks if you have decided to help the goblin shaman. With him you will go on a mission to get some gold, to tame the dragon.

Whether you get the good or the bad ending is determined by the choice of how you will defeat the Red Queen.

Completely Corrupted
Achieve the evil ending


If you choose to let Revenant King use the power of Celestial Guardian you will get the evil ending.

Return of the King
Achieve either of the good endings


Either one of the other two options will get you this one.

Rest of the achievements are tied to side quests or filler missions, whatever you want to call them. Most of them are just "repeat this mission twice" except the magic books one.

Hero Quests
Complete two Hero Party quests in one campaign


To unlock this achievement complete two Hero Hunt missions.

Crossing the Sage Twice
Complete two Sage quests in one campaign


Same as the rest, fight the powerful Sage twice in one playthrough.

Merchant Farming
Complete two Merchant quests in one campaign


Unlock this by completing two Merchant Raid quests.

All the Books
Collect all three of Greybeard's books in one campaign


This one is the easiest to miss. First you have to get the Exiled mage to join your party. Then during the filler chapters you must complete three of his quests to get three books. The books are Book of Flesh, Book of Fire and Book of Frost. To guarantee you get this i recommend start with the Exiled Mage quest and take all of the book quests as soon as you can.
