He never played Alien Soldier (nor Gunstar Heroes) before and since the Genesis was part of the last gaming generation he got to see before his accident, I had to show it to him and he was blown away by the sheer awe in the game's design. These chill editions are quite nice, it's great to not have to take the time to put this, that, and the other Game Genie code in to enjoy the games with him. Kudos!

These Chill Editions are fantastic. They're such a simple idea, but it means veteran gamers (like me =P ) who never managed to beat the original games can now play through and see how they ended at last. This was a hard a game, and I didn't know it till I played the Chill Edition, but I was a long way off finishing it when I played it normally =/ so thanks for this.
I have one suggestion/request in case you update this mod. Is it possible to make it so the player doesn't lose health if they fall in water or fall off the bottom of the screen (the bits where you have to rapidly press a button to get back on screen)?
