THIS ADDON REQUIRES VJ BASE AND CONSCRIPTS: REDUX TO GET WORK

Adds 9 SNPCs:

Combine Soldier (2002)
Combine Soldier (2003)
Combine Soldier (Concept)
Combine Elite (Beta)
Combine Elite (Dogmask)
Metro Police (Beta) - (2003 version)
Metro Police Elite
Conscript (enemy and friendly)

Also adds 3 weapons (MP5K, MP7, OICW).

This addon also features beta voiceovers.
