The Last Stand - gave us these Uncommon variants:
L4D1 ☣️ Male CEDA ☣️
L4D1 💩 Male Mud 💩
L4D1 🚧 Male Roadcrew 🚧
L4D1 🚨 Male Riot 🚨
L4D1 👣Male Fallen Survivor 👣

The Last Stand - gave us these Common infected:
🧟‍♂️ Male02
🧟‍♀️ Female02 Suit
🧳 Male Baggagehandler 02
🧳 Female Baggagehandler 01
🪂 Male Parachutist

You'll see a few L4D1 Common and or Uncommon Infected sprinkled into all the L4D2 Campaigns. Nothing major just a few more males and females. Plus a few added Police or Military or Workers as it makes sense.
I'll mix L4D1 Campaigns with Common and or Uncommon Infected Valve gave us with L4D2. Nothing major just a few more males and females. Plus a few L4D2 CEDA or Mud or Roadcrew or Riot as it makes sense.
