The Last Stand - gave us these Common infected:

You'll see a few L4D1 Common and or Uncommon Infected sprinkled into all the L4D2 Campaigns. Nothing major just a few more males and females. Plus a few added Police or Military or Workers as it makes sense.
I'll mix L4D1 Campaigns with Common and or Uncommon Infected Valve gave us with L4D2. Nothing major just a few more males and females. Plus a few L4D2 CEDA or Mud or Roadcrew or Riot as it makes sense.
