Conceptual Notes
- The asset was named Terrace and Hydropark.
- During the development, this used to use the Water-Wind Turbine template, but that somehow caused the entire building to glow indefinitely.

Known Issues
- Can sometimes be flooded and quickly drained.
- Can be difficult spot its side when building. The tip is to look at its foundation's angle.
- Cannot be built in a canal like other shoreline assets.
