Attrition Mode
Attrition mode is meant to serve as an alternative (or additional) lose condition to mission timers
With limited ammo, XCOM will inevitably lose a protracted battle against Advent.

Feature #1 - Limited Ammo
XCOM soldiers now have limited ammo. (8 by default)
This feature can be adjusted/disabled via INI.
Certain missions provide more ammo
Certain soldier abilities may increase reserve ammo amount.

Feature #2 - Unlimited Reinforcements
Advent now has unlimited reinforcements on most missions.
You can adjust the rate of reinforcements for different mission types in the INI file.

Feature #3 - Deep Reserves GTS Perk
GTS Perk, Costs 200 Supplies, gives +4 reserves

Feature #4 - Grimy Loot Upgrades
Adds 3 new epic tier armor upgrades:
Basic, Advanced, and Superior Ammo Harnesses
Increases ammo reserves by 3,4,5 respectively
Requires Grimy's Loot Mod. (You'll never see these upgrades without my loot mod)

Feature #5 - Additional Mission Types Support
This mod supports RealityMachina's additional mission types,
by adjusting the amount of ammo and enemy reinforcements provided on these missions

Feature #6 - Overtime
Relatively new feature,
Now if you take too many turns on a mission, a mission can go into overtime
This is shown by the attrition timer turning red and saying "Overtime"
Overtime reinforcements are stronger and in larger quantities than regular reinforcements.
It is your sign to get the hell out, and a measure to prevent you from farming reinforcements repeatedly.

Recommendation:
Configurable Mission Timers
Attrition mode ontop of existing timers might be a bit much. So you may want to give yourself more time.

Long War 2 Interaction:
When long war 2 is detected, the unlimited reinforcements feature is deactivated.
Additionally, soldiers will now restock 4 ammo each time they pick up loot.

Oh man, it's been confirmed that this isn't working with WotC? That's unfortunate. Has the author said if he plans to come back and update this one?

A few questions about this mod:
How are you supposed to do eliminate all enemy objs?
Is it WOTC compatible?
And, iso that 8 shots, or 8 clips?

Does anyone know how to stop the ammo count from resetting to full when loading a tactical save?

Overtime is enabled on all missions by default *unless* you have LW2 installed. He set it to default to off if it detects a LW2 installation, because LW2 has its own reinforcement system.

There are 2,451 mods for XCOM 2 here at the moment. Not sure how many are on the Nexus.
