B is the displayed score times 1.42857 (as C is 70% of B), yellow text
A is the displayed score times 2, green text
S is the displayed score times 2.85714 (as S is B times 2), flickery text

(A = S * 0.7)
The cutoffs are likely rounded to the nearest thousand.
By applying the combo bonus:
250(x)^2 + 250(x), where x is the number of enemies in each room. The sum of the max combo bonuses of each room could be the S grade requirement, or perhaps the max possible combo overall if all the kills can be easily linked between floors.
