It had been a strange day. What started with meeting the dog girl QP ended with a school-approved rampage through QP's academy. Dateki, QP, and the friends they'd made along the way-- an easily frazzled girl named Alte and an upbeat girl named Tsih-- were told to fight their way through the school as part of their cirriculum, and they won each of their fights quite handily. Eventually, they managed to defeat their fighting instructor and his robots, granting them a passing grade. After the chaos had ended, the group retreated to the school roof, which was apparently where most people went to relax after a long day of work.

As luck would have it, Navi took this time to transport the group to a new world. While QP, Alte, and Tsih panicked, Dateki knew of the tit monster's deed and tried fruitlessly to calm his companions down. While he tried to console his friends, a group of thieves accompanied by a squad of ducks ran by. At the behest of the locals, the group was tasked with hunting down and arresting these criminals, and returning what they stole to the townspeople.

It was an arduous task they'd been given. With no leads to go on, the group explored the various locations around town, finding seagulls with drug problems, a duck who'd witnessed her kin killed in a carnival game, and a doppelganger of QP herself. The seagulls proved to be no threat; they were so tweaked out of their minds that the group had no trouble apprehending them. The duck-- who had trained herself to battle humans-- was a bit more difficult, but it was still a decisive victory. QP's doppelganger proved the most difficult, but that was only because she insisted on doing the fight alone and was evenly matched to her adversary.

After a long day of searching, the group discovered that the local academy was in cahoots with the thieves and their leader, Captain Tequila Mockingbird. Learning from the school that the criminals were headquartered by the pier, the group made haste and found their targets. Having run around all day trying to lose their pursuers, the thieves were too exhausted to put up a serious fight. Their captain, on the other hand, was a worthy adversary for the group.

It was Alte's magic and control of CDs that allowed the team to prevail against the villain, and at long last they recovered what the thieves had stolen. They were shocked to discover that the stolen content was no mere item or trinket: it was a person! More astoundingly, it was someone Dateki knew! Upon being released from the sack she'd been carried in, the girl rose to her feet and casually thanked the group for her safety. It was at this time that Navi intervened and the group was once again teleported to a new world.

In this land, they encountered a cybernetic girl by the name of Sora, who explained that she and her friends were trying to find the source of the collisions between worlds. Somehow, the universe of Orange and the universe of Juice had been mixed together by some cosmic force, creating an unstable concoction known to scientists as "200% Mixed Juice". If nothing was done in time, the world would cease to exist. Dateki knew of the perpetrator, but no one listened to him. Following the plan of a scientist instead, the group embarked on their journey to stabilize the universe (somehow). And Dateki grimaced as Navi watched from afar.

About 200% Mixed Juice

200% Mixed Juice is a turn-based JRPG developed by Orange_Juice, a Japanese indie gaming company. The game follows the story of a character named Protagonist as they explore a new world, make new friends, and begin to battle the forces of evil, with lots of humour and 4th-wall-breaking commentary to boot.

200% Mixed Juice Gameplay

200% Mixed Juice follows standard turn-based combat rules in that each character can attack, defend, or use a skill, all while utilizing skill points. 200MJ also includes a rock-paper-scissors mechanic for attack effectiveness, whereby attacking someone with an ability they're weak to deals greater damage. As with all RPGs, the game is centered around exploration and combat, and with over 80 characters to collect and train, it offers quite a bit in each regard.
