Good thing that it works and I don't really feel the loss of health while using Soul Ring. Like,really. It's not a big deal to me because I can use my suicide,if someone is chasing me or something.

The Soul Ring and Arcane Boots have TERRIBLE synergy with the Techies! The extra mana is good and all, but the Techies rely on their Tranquil Boots to patch up all the damage the Soul Ring does to them so that it doesn't bite them in the ass. The Soul Ring is really all you need for getting mana on demand for the Techies.
