IMPORTANT: So far this only works for refilling jerrycans, i haven't found out the script to completely refuel the vehicle, so just make sure you have plenty of jerrycans and keep filling them instead of completely refueling the car. Then simply use your jerrycans to refill your car.

I also couldn't change the price the bartender says the fuel is gonna cost, but it will always be half of what he is saying.

So if he says 18 per liter, it will be 9 per liter *20 for a 20L capacity jerrycan, so in this case reducing the cost from 360 to 180 for each jerrycan.
