PLEASE NOTE THIS PARTICULAR PAGE WILL NOT BE UPDATED DUE TO A DRIVE FAILURE ON MY COMPUTER A NEW MOD ID WAS CREATED BY THE DEVKIT AS SUCH I HAVE HAD TO MOVE THE MOD TO THE LINK BELOW.

THIS MOD WILL STILL WORK BUT WILL NOT BE UPDATED, IF YOU WANT THE UPDATABLE MOD THEN UNSUBSCRIBE FROM THIS ONE AND SUBSCRIBE TO THE MOD IN THE LINK BELOW.

Free clean endless energy from the ever present sun, this has an attached battery pack so the panels work at night.

It is clean and stack-able as far as I know.



There is one that is structure mounted ONLY, and one that is Ground mounted (but will also mount on a structure if needs be).

Remember if you like this mod rate it so others can see you like it!

Changes to v1.3

Reverted back to player held engrams until I can create the mesh for a crafting table and get it working in game, putting things in the fabricator at the moment is far too buggy, the engrams are not appearing in the fabricator in sp and after a server reset, fabricators would have to be rebuilt constantly (not ideal).

After learning the engram it will appear on the player in the following folder Structures/Electricity.

The problem with both HDD and DVD's are reliability and safety. If something happens, you will loose it, the cloud, its often backed up very tightly, and usually you wont even recognize if they loose data, because its recovered.

A few good cloud systems are Google Disk, One Drive, Drop Box, Amazon AWS. Most of them are free up to a certain capacity, then pay. Some of those are incredibly high capacity before you reach a pay wall.

In 2016 and 2017, why do you even store work files on a HDD. Man. Use the cloud. It's cheap! Saves you from lots of grief.

Yeah I agree, but have backups now on 3 HDD drives so hopefully safe.

rewritable DVDs are boss for backing up your stuff. Sorry to hear about what happened though. had it happen too often before I started using rewritables.

The problem with writable DVD,s is size.

Hello, We are using this mod on our The Island Server, The Center Server, And also brand new Scorched earth server ... Awesome, clean & stackable.
Maybe a little bit anti-rp because you can place them even inside it will still run even tho there is no light inside, but we are pvp servers so we don"t care, nice job, nice work, on our test server we will test out the updated version of this ! GREAT WORK !!!!!
