TTT: Traitor tester - Placeable

Opis
A placeable traitor tester for the detective.

Console commands:
ttt_traitor_tester_kill_interference - If set to 1, anything that goes inside the traitor tester when its scanning, will be destroyed. The one who gets tested must stand still otherwise he will be killed.

ttt_traitor_tester_only_allow_if_no_testing - If set to 1, if there is already a traitor tester built-in the map, don't allow the Detective to buy this equipment.

ttt_traitor_tester_scanning_time - The amount of time in seconds for the scan to complete.

It removes the drama,the tension,they CRUEL BETRAYALS. Finding out someone was killed when you turned around! Shoving people into a chamber to see if they're guilty removes all that,making TTT merely a Stereotypical Holocaust simulator.

There is a console command to disable the traitor tester when there is already a built-in traitor tester in the map.

I was kidding about the laziness part, I think this is pretty well done.
