Thank you for this, Cushy. It appears in Parks 'Other parks' and when placed, gives the area happiness, just like in real life Sweden.

Looks like Sweden also, although our WCs are becoming silver colored now with automatic cleaning after use, slowly slowly. We still have the white ones as per this item.
