If you don't know, Skyrim has a hacking console that can be brought up by pressing the ~ key on your keyboard, y'know, that one that nobody ever uses. Step 1 is just to press the ~ key.

For step 2, you want to type tgm and then press enter, this is just a safety precaution to prevent your character from dying due to fall damage.

Now comes the fun part, type in "player.setav speedmult 600" (quotes not included) and then press enter.

Now you can press the ~ key again to exit the console.

Now move forward while holding the L button if you're using an XBOX controller, or the Alt key if you're using a keyboard. If you've done everything correctly, you will now be moving really really fast! 6x your regular speed, to be exact!
