Oceiros the Consumed Witch

Replaces the witch music with Oceiros the Consumed King's theme from Dark Souls 3.

It doesn't replace everything as some of the sound files were way to short to replace with actual music, but I think conflicts shouldn't occur with other mods that replace the witch crying.

This is Day 1 of my planned 9 days of mods leading up to the release Dark Souls 3. Every mod will be Dark Souls/Demon's Souls/Bloodborne related. I'll try not to make duplicate mods, but some music for these games is just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ outstanding.
