David Pi's Parclo A4 Interchange

A nice service interchange in reallife and in game. Works well even in high load.
The highway is 12m elevated. The 6-lane avenue is actually ground level, used the elevated piece so it looks better.
For light traffic you can disable the 2 traffic lights using mod for better flow. But I suggest keep them when heavy traffic, as they actually eliminate all conflicts and help traffic.
