These bots are capable of escorting players effectively in easy, normal and advanced difficulties... As for expert, the player should be combat-ready at all times to support the team as a whole. With this add-on - you can treat every mode as if it is a competition to win. So good luck!


This is now a MODULAR add-on for Left 4 Dead 2 in order to improve bot reaction time and behaviors from the survivor side. The infected AI(Apocalypse edition) is now separated from the current implementation to allow players to easily enable or disable which team will have improved behavior with ease.

Also, CB+: Valve Extras is now embedded with this mod!

• Faster surrounding area scan
  
• Help pinned players quickly
  
• Not too affected by boomer bile (though can still cause the bot to shove)
  
• Can defend faster than usual in panic events
  
• Bots can crown/draw crown the witch, with a shotgun, once startled(very rare occurrences during testing)
  
• Bots can use melee weapons
  
• Improved battle awareness
  
• Bots can evade chargers(sometimes due to improved SI)
  
• Bots can close saferoom doors(sometimes they lock themselves out and get teleported in anyway)
  
• Bots are capable of finishing campaigns in some game modes without players(you may need the Auto-trigger plugin on some maps). ~ (AKA - They can continue by themselves when the player dies)
  
• Player deaths don't trigger restarts as long as a bot lives.
  
• Better survival tactics when facing a tank.
  
• Tendency to fire auto-shotguns/combat-shotguns faster.
  
• Tendency to favor sniper rifle usage.
  
• Bots can think by themselves on what to do(tendencies to not always follow the player)
  
• Bots can attempt to save players from being pinned while incapped(pinned teammate/S.I. has to be within visual range)
  
• Bots can defend players that revive incapped teammates.
  
• Bots have the tendency to stop reviving incapped teammates when a tank is in close proximity

4/8/2016(April 8, 2016) - Turns out there are many dedicated servers that are starting to use this mod with slight modifications from the day of its release... Thanks for supporting this mod(even though a lot of you guys don't leave ratings) even if you use your own "tweaks".

This mod was intended to be used on dedicated severs. Also give credit to where it's due on other content creators as well as this. Lastly, don't submit this mod anywhere as your own.
