I asume you specifically refer to map 15? the clue is the turn before it. Try to keep either 240 (this will hit the edge before you touch the water, and make you touch the water at almost 0 degree angle, for a perfect hydroplane), or hit the jump at 270ish or more to hydroplane. For that you need a controlled turn at lap 1 (no drifting), and a slight drift (or a controlled turn. that one is easier to do) at lap 2 and 3. This will make you hydroplane over the first waterblock, and sink slightly on the second. Just like the bot.
